Cremator installation and commissioning timeline

Buying a cremator is half the project. The other half is installation and commissioning — curing the lining, setting air and fuel, and training the night shift.

Typical sequence

  1. Civil and chimney ready; equipment placed
  2. Mechanical and electrical hookup
  3. Refractory curing schedule (do not rush)
  4. Burner and PLC commissioning
  5. Operator training with a scheduled cremation
  6. Handover, spares list, remote support channel

What buyers forget

  • A cremation must be available on training day
  • Fuel quality and pressure affect first-fire tuning
  • Filter skids need their own ducting and access
  • Export crates need clear door and crane paths
